Over the last few months, our company has successfully completed the order for the British project, focused on the construction and modernization of a leading industrial structure in the UK. The project required a thorough analysis of the initial inputs and a meticulous execution of the design solutions, culminating in a timely delivery and conforming to the specific requirements.
Project description
Execution of detail engineering activities - Revamping:- Design of the electro-instrumental plants of a Billet Casters Continuous Casting Machine and its water treatment plants.
- Creation of all the detailed engineering documents necessary for the supply of materials and the installation of the power supply system, MT/BT, distribution and automation of the technological system.
- Integration of LFM, CCTV, INTERCOM, RADIO, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS installations.
Billet Casters Continuous Casting Machine
The Billet Casters Continuous Casting Machine is a machine that transforms molten metal into billets, which are rectangular or square metal blocks, through a continuous casting process. This process is essential in the production of steel and allows to obtain uniform billets and high quality. The design was carried out using Had E3D, starting from the relief of the existing plant in Matterport virtual 3D, with which a digital twin immersive model was created.Project objectives
